In-house production facilities of JSC Tander provide consumers with delicious high-quality products thanks to their unified quality assurance policy that complies with the requirements of the HACCP food safety management system.
Food safety management system
has been successfully implemented at the enterprises. The system employs 20 leading HACCP auditors. Scheduled food safety training is carried out for the employees on a regular basis. All interactions among production workers are aimed at releasing products that meet the requirements of regulatory documents.
To ensure successful operation of the system, 17 working groups have been organized at the enterprises, involving professionals in the field of quality assurance and food safety.

Our production facilities are served by 13 in-house laboratory centers equipped with their own physicochemical, microbiological, and agrochemical laboratories outfitted with modern equipment.
Every day, laboratory workers conduct more than 3500 quality and safety checks of raw materials and manufactured products.
This facility’s certified laboratory is fitted with modern equipment and instruments. Production lines are equipped with checkweighers and metal detectors, which guarantee the safety of products and the compliance of the weight with the specified parameters. Production control at all stages is carried out online with the help of computer systems and CCTV.
A certificate received under the FSSC 22000 scheme (version 5), which is recognized by all countries of the world, serves as the best guarantee of the high quality of the products and ensures their proper representation in the Russian market and abroad.
