Kubanskiy kombinat khleboproduktov consists of three independent production facilities that are housed under one roof and produce pasta, flour-based confectionery products, and ring-shaped roll and rusk products on nine modern production lines.
Production technologies
Video monitoring is used throughout all stages of production. In addition to that, the facility has a food safety management system that incorporates the best international practices and ensures thorough inspection of products at all stages: from raw materials to delivery to stores. There are several laboratories outfitted with cutting-edge equipment. Among other things, these labs also work on developing and testing new products based on the analysis of customer preferences.
