Food production facilities manufacture over 450 different articles, including confections, pasta and flour-based products, fresh fruits and vegetables, and mushrooms.

Production resources

In-house production facilities of the Company comprise 13 industrial and 4 agro-industrial enterprises in Krasnodar, Moscow, Saratov, Tver, Samara, and Lipetsk regions, as well as the Republic of Bashkortostan. Every year, industrial facilities produce around 140 thousand tonnes of goods across 114 production lines, while the total production capacity of agro-industrial facilities is around 70 thousand tonnes.

High-tech production of sugar products produces more than 55 thousand tons of products per year. 5 robotic lines of the factory produce 34 types of products - chocolate, jelly and fondant sweets, bars, lollipops, marmalade and truffles.

Equipment and technologies

All production enterprises of the Company are outfitted with highly automated modern equipment, which allows them to produce high-quality goods with the minimum amount of manual labor involved.

Automation of the process on the muffins production line

Highly precise mechanisms produced in Japan and Italy ensure the maximum level of process automation, from preparation of raw materials to secondary packaging of products, with no employees involved. An exclusive oven is equipped with systems for maintaining and controlling the required production modes, which enables the line to operate 24/7.

Tripod robots transport and move the end product, which prevents damage to the delicate goods and maintains their structure.

Radio shuttles in warehouse logistics

At the warehouse that stores the end products of Kubanskiy kombinat khleboproduktov andKonditer Kubani, pallets are transported from one rack to another with the help of program-controlled radio shuttles. Loaded pallets are automatically transported to empty slots down the aisle. This substantially simplifies the work for warehouse employees and enables storage of large volumes of products in line with the FIFO principle – the products first delivered to the warehouse are the first to be shipped from it.

Jelly and glazed sweets production line

Konditer Kubani uses a custom-made German automated line for production of jelly and glazed sweets. The equipment complies with strict hygienic requirements, has a self-diagnostics system, and is equipped with remote access and monitoring modules. Reliable equipment, advanced operation practices, and engineers’ experience allow maintaining overallperformance at the highest level.

Production lines control system (SCADA

Kubanskiy kombinat khleboproduktov and the Tver Subdivision of TD-holding utilize automated line control and have a system that collects information about the equipment condition and productivity in real time and enables remote diagnostics.
