Green Line Greenhouse Complex Joined the Labor Productivity National Project
Green Line, one of the largest greenhouse complexes in the Eastern Europe, also being one of 17 own production facilitiesof JSC Tander, has become a new participant of the Labor Productivity national project from the Krasnodar region.
The growth of labor productivity at local enterprises is key for Kuban’s economic development. The introduction of a lean production system is one of the high-priority directions of the leadership strategy in the region.

Implementation of pilot projects aiming at the introduction of lean production tools as part of the Labor Productivity nationalproject for 2019-2024 has already covered 21 enterprises of the Krasnodar region.Green Line greenhouse complex with a total area of 115.3 hectares consists of three separate divisions:two greenhouse complexes and a mushroom production.
“Cooperation with the experts of the Regional Competence Center of the Krasnodar region within the framework of the project will grant a successful modern enterprise of Green Line new possibilities for growth and development”, says Ksenia Priezentseva, Director of the Center. “Our experts will evaluate the possibilities of the enterprise’s productivity gain, while maintaining high product quality, which will increase the production profitability. Taking into account the high level of involvement of the Company's management and team, we are confident in achieving high productivity and impressive results. After signing the cooperation agreements, the project team of the Regional Competence Center will give an expert opinion on the flow that meets the criteria for optimizing production, and begin training employees of one of the Green Line’s divisions.
