Enduring friendship and five years of official cooperation connect JSC Tander and the Kuban State Agrarian University. Students studying agriculture regularly undergo practical trainings and internships at the Company’s agricultural enterprises – greenhouse and mushroom complexes – and find employment upon graduation.
On April 15, a delegation of JSC Tander visited KSAU under the cooperation agreement to talk about the prospects of the further interaction. As stated by Vyacheslav Krasnoyarov, Director for JSC Tander’s Own Production Directorate, the greenhouse complexes of Green Line produce up to forty thousand tonnes of vegetables a year, while around 10% of all champignon mushrooms grown in Russia account for the Company’s mushroom complex.

Trip to KSAU’s Research Institute of Biotechnology and Certification of Food
When getting acquainted with production processes, young scientists can dive into practical knowledge and prepare their graduation papers on topics that are necessary for real production.
During the meeting, the business representatives got to know the activities of the KSAU’s Research Institute of Biotechnology and Certification of Food. The hosting party supported the initiative of the business in providing the real cases from their own practice to be studied in the laboratory ofmolecular genetic research of the agro-industrial complex. Thelaboratory is fitted with modern equipment and is the only onein the south of Russia. In turn, the agricultural producers invited the university teachers to visit the greenhouse complexes for a two-way exchange of experience and knowledge.
