1С:ERP system for the largest confectionery producer in the south of Russia
n Autumn 2019, JSC Tander Group implemented an ambitious project on development of own food production infrastructure by opening its own confectionery factory Konditer Kubani – the largest in the Southern Federal District. The production site of around 20,000 sq. m houses an enterprise which possible output amounts to over 55 thousand tonnes of products every year. Over 320 people have been employed so far. When designing a new factory, special attention was paid to development of the full-fledged production processes running on the modern equipment with advanced robotization to minimize manual labour.

All processes are automated: the sensors control the temperature, pressure, and other parameters, transmitting the data to the operators displays which enables to successfully control the production. A special feature of our enterprise is centralized and automated supply of raw materials. They are dosed without human involvement which enables to precisely follow the recipe. The use of different types of high-tech equipment – packaging modules, belts, conveyors, refrigerators, and robotized warehouse – at all production stages allows minimizing manual labour and ensuring a high quality of produce. The production of Konditer Kubani meets 60% of Magnit customers’ need in the produced kinds of goods, but we plan to regularly surprise our customers and make them happier with new delicious sweets.
Digitization of the Confectionery Factory
Planning, precise collection, and analysis of information aboutall processes, as well as constant control are required in order to manage such a large-scale enterprise. 1С:ERP Enterprise Management by 1C company is a tool used to process such amount of data and unite allinformation resources of the enterprise into a single mechanism. It has been chosen due to its functional set implemented to the maximum extent in a product which is standard for a production enterprise – current accounting of raw materials procurement, planning, and demonstration of production stages, the fact of production and automation of calculation of the product cost price, as well as delivery of goods to customers. Highly qualified specialists have been assigned in order to support and develop solutions on a domestically-created platform. In a six-month period, the main works aimed at development of the methodological framework of accounting, modelling of processes in the standard 1С:ERP system, and training of users were carried out. Special attention was paid to automation of control of the quality of raw materials and produced goods within implementation of the HASSP system principles. ERP features a special laboratory block which functions are connected with the warehouse and production blocks; all results of the check of raw and packaging materials delivered to the production warehouses, semi-finished products, and end products are recorded in this block. 1С:ERP of the new generation was launched for the first time together with the launch of the factory “from scratch” and became the first ERP in Russia introduced at the full-cycle confectionery production site, as well as the first project on introduction of this system at the production enterprise in a group of Retail companies. Using this enterprise management system, we have managed to implement a dynamic plan to reach the project production volume of the factory and create a foundation for development of digitalization patterns for other production enterprises of the Magnit Group. Based on the positive experience of digitalization of the Konditer Kubani factory, the transfer to production via the 1С:ERP system is carried out atfour agro-industrial factories of the Company, and, in the future, we plan to use it at all industrial enterprises of Tander which produce over 460 product items with the volume of 200 tonnes per year.
